| I'm sure you guys are getting annoyed that I've been here for over a year and don't speak very good french. So to help remedy that, I'm asking you guys to post words or phrases that I should know or pronunciations I've fucked up.
I'll also be posting guesses as to things I should know and you can tell me if it's right or not.

| So if I there are options for something I don't care about/don't understand, I can say "peu importe" or "com te vous (spelling?)"
Do they directly translate to "whatever" and "as you want" or is there more to it?

Do they directly translate to "whatever" and "as you want" or is there more to it? "Peu importe" is indeed "whatever" but it is a bit more formal. French people would rather say "je m'en fiche" or "je m'en fous" (both quite casual), which means "I don't care". You would translate directly "as you want" as "comme tu veux"

| Oh putain ! J'avais même pas remarqué que c'était Rémy qu'il l'avait écrite tellement ça te ressemblait Jean.
En même temps, je me demande comment Rémy connaît le mot "shag", c'est super british. Ryan le comprendrait, mais ne l'utilise pas.

| Just say "cold" for common cold : rhume
root = soutenir ("supporter" is false) une équipe
cheer = encourager une équipe

| for the english word "so" when do you use "si" and when do you use "ainsi" and are there other words for it I should know?
Examples: I am so hot for Jean I'm an american, so the girl was not interested in me So what's going on tonight?
I guess the second one is the one I care about most, the <condition>, so <result> that I use quite often.

| You can translate "so" by "alors".
Je suis un américain, alors la fille n'était pas intéressée par moi.

| Actually, in the you're are american so obv the girl won't even look at you, the word would rather be "donc" i think, even if alors would works too. But for 3rd one, alors is correct | |

| Fille, with 2 "L" is girl File, with 1 "L" is wire.
Alors=so, most of the time. i think one of the most seen use for "donc" is as it stands for a reason, like when you use therefore, etc.

| This actually has nothing to do with me learning french, but I'm looking to dye my hair blue again for the Lake Parade. Does anyone know of a place that sells hair dyes (moreso unnatural ones). I've found them before in like Raver or Punk supply stores, so if you know any of those it might help. | |

| What's the correct way of saying "I'm fine" or "I'm good"? Like in the context of someone offers you a bag but you don't need it.
I've been saying "je bon" which people understand, but I don't know if that's right.
